Quick Service Attendant-Disney

Support the delivery of an exceptional counter service dining experience for Guests and Crew while rotating through all high-volume, fast food outlets, onboard/island buffets and Crew/Officer back-stage dining locations throughout the day. Keep areas stocked with all supplies and oversee proper food/supply storage. Ensure cleanliness of assigned food & beverage areas to uphold Vessel Sanitation Program (VSP) requirements while meeting or exceeding Disney Cruise Line standards.

• Provide exceptional quick and friendly food & beverage service toGuests, Officers and Crew at all times.
• Actively provide information and product knowledge regarding food andbeverage offerings with our external and internal Guests at any time.
• Maintain assigned quick service location show ready at all times.
• Possess full knowledge and understanding of stock rotation in the quickservice areas.
• Identify and report and equipment requiring maintenance.
• Coordinate pick up any replacement of designated food items.
• Proper use, cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
• Follow all garbage handling procedures.
• Knowledge of all ship board services and amenities.
• Deliver flawless and professional presentation.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• Meet or exceed all Disney Cruise Line® and VSP sanitationrequirements.
• Achieve a high level of cleanliness in any assigned quick service area atall times.
• Provide a la carte style service for casual dining. This includesfollowing all steps of service, full product knowledge and detailedservice at the table (note: not all Crew will be scheduled for thismeal period- it will be a designated role, based on experience).
• Follow the Disney 5 keys basics at all times. Respect Disney Heritage,traditions and values.
• Maintain appearance and Disney look guidelines. Ensuring personalhygiene and grooming at all times.
• Report for duty on time using correct time clock procedures.
• Be attentive to every detail.
• Work as a team and ensure flexibility to work in all areas within quickservice.
• Actively participate in all company training.
• Assume responsibility beyond individual roles.
• Comply with all company set policies and procedures along with allmaritime and ship rules, regulations and procedures.
• Actively participate in safety & accident prevention programs includingweekly drills.
• Perform job duties as per operating guidelines.
• Perform any reasonable addition task assigned.
• Emergency Duties as specified in the ship's Assembly/EmergencyFunction Plan.
• SMS - uphold the general safety management responsibilities in areasand operations within their control.

Required/Desired: Experience,Qualifications, Education, Licenses

• Minimum one year in a Food and Beverage service related role.
• Fast food or buffet experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50-60 pound items.
